This is called buying the house subject to the existing mortgage or "Sub-2" for short. The loan stays in your name, and we make the payments until the loan is paid off or the house is sold. The debt is our responsibility and we take that very seriously.

We'll make your for first payment to your bank 90 days after closing or sooner if need be, and then monthly!
