“When you start out wholesaling, it can be challenging. Very challenging. Those first few weeks can be confusing and exciting at the same time. I definitely started with a lot of enthusiasm and ambition but didn’t know exactly what I was doing. The conventional thinking I had been taught was that I needed to send out several thousand direct mail pieces and actually go to people’s houses. That just didn’t make sense to me.
